Position: QuickBooks Online Integration Specialist (Healthcare Staffing Agency)

Job Overview
We’re seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online professional to help streamline and integrate our financial tracking and reporting processes for a healthcare staffing agency.
Currently, our client invoicing is managed through VMS platforms and a factoring company (PayChex) that handles receivables. We aim to enhance our workflow by ensuring all financial data is properly synced for accurate accounting and reporting within QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities- Set up an efficient workflow to import or sync data from our factoring company into QuickBooks Online.
- Record agency and recruiter payments accurately.
- Reconcile aging reports and client payments from the factoring company.
- Ensure all financial activities flow correctly into P&L, cash flow, and margin reports.
- Work closely with our team to optimize reporting and billing processes.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online integrations.
- Prior experience working with staffing agencies or businesses using VMS and factoring systems.
- Strong understanding of invoice management and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience with PayChex or similar factoring companies.
- Familiarity with healthcare or service-based accounting workflows.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
